How are packages shipped?
All packages are shipped via USPS and you will be provided with a tracking number.
Please keep in mind that USPS and other shipping providers have been hit hard this year with the increase of shipments due to the pandemic. So please note that shipments have been moving a little slower than usual.
Please give extra time for international orders as well.
Below are shipping estimates. I will do my best to meet these estimates, but I cannot guarantee them.
- USA: 3-9 business days
- International: 2-6 weeks
Where do you ship to?
I ship domestically and internationally!
Unfortunately due to new VAT laws, I am not currently able to ship to the UK. If you're located in the UK and would like to purchase from me, please visit my Etsy shop! Through them I am still able to ship to the UK.
Cancellations & Refunds
I would be happy to cancel your order if the item has not yet been shipped, please contact me if this situation occurs.
Once shipped, I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, I ask that you cover the return shipping and the refund/exchange will be processed once I have possession of the returned item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How are pins graded?
All pins are standard grade unless otherwise marked.
Enamel pins are a handmade item and so, standard grade pins can still have slight imperfections. Below are the grading charts I use for my pins.
☆ Standard grade ☆
These pins have a few noticeable imperfections. Usually only visible upon close-up inspection or viewing the pin in a specific angle in the light.
Examples of expected Standard Grade imperfections:
☆ Minor scuff marks, scratches, buff marks, color staining, an excess bump on metal plating.
☆ Slight amount of Blemishes, oxidation, uncoated on metal plating
☆ Slightly uneven fills
☆ Minor specks, microbubbles, smudges, or slightly misaligned screenprinting
☆ Seconds or B grade ☆
These pins have more noticeable flaws and imperfections.
Examples of expected Second Grade imperfections:
☆ More noticeable scuff marks, scratches, buff marks, color staining, an excess bump on metal plating.
☆ More noticeable Blemishes, oxidation, uncoated on metal plating
☆ Uneven fills
☆ Noticeable specks, microbubbles, smudges, or misaligned screenprinting
